Wetland Delineation and Permitting

Wetlands provide a variety of ecological functions such as maintaining natural drainage characteristics, flood storage, natural water filtration, and support biological diversity.  Wetlands are regulated at both the federal and state levels in order to maintain their functions and values, and to protect them from destruction.

In addition to municipal ordinances protecting wetlands, activities within regulated wetland areas require permit approvals from federal and state entities.  We are able to assist our clients through the regulatory requirements from initial wetland delineation, through impact assessment and permitting, to wetland mitigation construction and monitoring.
